1. Agreeing to these terms

When you use Amporia (amporia.in), run by Amperre Ventures Private Limited, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us.

2. What Amporia does

Amporia is an online store for electrical and solar materials in India. On Amporia you can:

• Browse and search products like cables, solar panels, inverters, DCDBs and mounting
• Buy from genuine, verified brands
• Place an order and track it
• Get a GST tax invoice on every order
• Pay online by UPI or bank transfer

3. Who can use Amporia

The site is for business buyers. When you use Amporia, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can enter into a contract, and are allowed to act for your company. Please give correct and full details when you register, and keep them up to date.

4. Your account

When you use the site, you agree to:

• Give correct and full details
• Keep your login safe
• Take responsibility for what happens on your account
• Tell us at once if someone uses your account without permission
• Not share your account or make many accounts
• Not use the site for anything against the law

5. Placing orders

When you place an order on Amporia:

• You confirm that your order and delivery details are correct
• Prices and stock can change until we confirm your order
• We confirm the final price and delivery before the order is complete
• Some items are sent by other suppliers and follow their terms
• We check your payment before we send the order

6. Prices and payment

For prices and payment:

• Prices on the site can change
• The final price is the one we confirm for your order
• GST is shown so you know the tax on each order
• Pay by UPI or bank transfer. We confirm the order after we check the payment
• We can change prices at any time

7. Our content

All content on Amporia, such as text, images, logos and software, belongs to Amperre Ventures Private Limited or its partners, and is protected by law. Please do not copy, change or reuse it without our written permission.

8. What you must not do

You agree not to:

• Use the site for fraud or anything against the law
• Break or slow down our site or servers
• Try to get into any system without permission
• Upload viruses or harmful files
• Copy or collect data from the site in bulk
• Pretend to be someone else
• Do anything that breaks the law

9. Our limits

As far as the law allows, Amperre Ventures Private Limited is not responsible for indirect or extra losses that come from your use of the site. Our total responsibility will not be more than the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for problems between buyers and suppliers that happen outside the site.

10. No promises on the service

We give you the site "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work without breaks, faults or risks. We also do not promise that supplier details on the site are always fully correct.

11. You cover us

You agree to cover Amperre Ventures Private Limited and its team for any claims, losses or costs that come from your use of the site, from breaking these Terms, or from breaking someone else's rights.

12. Ending access

We can pause or stop your access to the site at any time, with or without a reason, and with or without notice. When access ends, you must stop using the site. Terms that should stay after the end will still apply.

13. Which law applies

These Terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute about these Terms or your use of the site will go to the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

14. Changes to these terms

We can change these Terms at any time. Changes apply as soon as we post them on the site. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the new Terms. Please check this page from time to time.

15. If one part does not apply

If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, only that part is changed or removed. The rest of the Terms still apply in full.
