• Procurement facilitation for electrical products including cables, solar equipment, switchgear, and transformers
• Order management and tracking

3. User Eligibility

Our platform is intended for business users only. By using Amporia, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and are authorized to act on behalf of your organization if applicable. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

When submitting an RFQ through our platform:

• Quotes provided are subject to availability and supplier terms
• We do not guarantee specific pricing or availability
• Final orders are subject to separate agreements with suppliers

6. Pricing and Payments

Regarding pricing and payments:

• All prices displayed are indicative and subject to change
• Final pricing will be confirmed in the quotation
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Amporia platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Amperre Ventures Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Scrape, data mine, or harvest information from our platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amperre Ventures Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
