1. Overview
At Amporia, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every procurement transaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are processed for orders placed through our B2B electrical procurement platform.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled without any charges if the cancellation request is received before the order is dispatched
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the standard return policy will apply
- Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced

3. Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Defective Products: Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
- Wrong Products: If you receive a product different from what was ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund
- Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during shipping should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Quality Issues: Products not meeting specified quality standards may be returned with proper documentation
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products that have been installed, modified, or used
- Items without original packaging and documentation
- Products returned after the specified return window
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the buyer
- Electrical components with broken seals
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team within the return window with your order details
- Provide clear photographs showing the issue with the product
- Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our team
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the product to the designated return address
- We will inspect the product upon receipt and process the refund accordingly
6. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Inspection Period: All returns are inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Refund Approval: You will be notified of the refund status via email
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the order
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-7 business days may be required for the refund to reflect in your account
7. Refund Amount
The refund amount will depend on the circumstances:
- Full Refund: For defective products, wrong items, or products damaged in transit
- Partial Refund: May apply if the product shows signs of use or missing components
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake
8. Replacements
In case of defective or wrong products, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be processed. Replacement products will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
9. Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, special terms may apply. Please discuss return and refund conditions at the time of placing bulk orders. Bulk order refunds may require additional documentation and approval processes. Contact our dedicated account manager for bulk order-related queries.
10. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may raise a dispute within 15 days of receiving the decision. All disputes will be reviewed by our senior management team, and a final decision will be communicated within 10 business days. Our decision on disputes shall be final and binding.
11. Supplier-Specific Policies
Some products on our platform are fulfilled directly by suppliers who may have their own return and refund policies. In such cases, the supplier's policy will apply. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. We will facilitate communication between you and the supplier for any return or refund requests.
